Shanna Pierce
TEACHER FELLOW
Shanna is an educator who has been teaching in Chicago Public Schools for 14 years. Throughout her career she has earned her National Board , yoga and SEL teacher certifications while completing both the Hollyhock Fellowship at Stanford University and Fulbright Teachers For Global Classrooms. Ms. Pierce has worked in several leadership roles in her school including grade level lead, instructional leadership team member, and professional problems committee member. Shanna is currently working on the southside of Chicago teaching 10th grade mathematics and 12th grade seminar. Outside of the classroom she enjoys fitness, podcasts, and traveling.
