Beatriz Ramos Jimenez

Beatriz is a passionate educator from Spain who lives on the Big Island of Hawaii with her husband, two children, and dog. She teaches science to grades 9-12 at Ka'u High and Pahala Elementary School, where she also serves as Academy Lead. Passionate about incorporating real-world problems into her lessons, Beatriz creates engaging and relevant learning experiences for her students. Outside the classroom, she enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, traveling, enjoying the ocean, and gardening.
