White and black cotton threads, polyethylene adhesive, wall. Centro Cultural
Casona de los Olivera's cellar, Buenos Aires, 2000.
"The space, walls, ceilings, are the support
of my work; in this synthesis process I have conserved only what I thought
indispensable; the obsessive act of building, of repeating point by point,
one minute line to another adding, in crescendo more or less chaotically
obeying the prompting of my will, all the while creating expanding paths.
Therefore, the "task", the constant doing, knitting the space,
embroidering the walls, patching the corners, is an absurd and symptomatic
work".

Artist,
Bachelor in Arts at the Uni-versidad Nacional de Tucumán. Lives
and works in San Miguel de Tucumán.
In her recent works she has carried out interventions in the architectural
space with industrial materials, centering her interest in the act
of construction. The selected material undergoes a denaturalization
treatment, since both the matter and the task are displaced from their
regular function.
